Troy has been working in the health field for the past 10 years in clinic and spa settings in Kitchener, Cambridge, Toronto and Richmond Hill. Troy received his Reflexology Certification from The Reflexology Association of Canada in 1997. After a few years of discovering his path in the Holistic field, Troy went on to learn Deep Muscle Therapy, Heated Stone Massage and Chair Massage.

In 1999, Troy went into the Nursing Home setting and worked for 4 years with Seniors and Mental Health Patients in a variety of positions.

In 2003 Troy attended The Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy and became a Registered Massage Therapist, graduating in 2005. Troy is a member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and the Ontario Massage Therapy Association.

In March 2006 Troy became an Instructor with The Canadian Academy of Reflexology and Deep Muscle Therapy. In January and May 2007 Troy received his Level I & II Reiki Certification.
